Project Description
This tenant build-out includes workstations for approximately 40 persons who form the downtown DC office for Space Exploration Technologies. The occupants divided into two distinct work areas due their different work requirements and between them are meetings rooms of various sizes all design to maximize eh use of natural light. The back-of-house – supply, copying/printing and kitchen areas is nestled into the area behind the curved wall of the reception room.
